Terms of Service

Decentralized Infrastructure: You acknowledge that VoxPort is a "AppView" for the AT Protocol.

Personal Data Server (PDS): All podcast metadata records (com.voxport.*) are stored on your PDS. VoxPort does not "own" these records; we provide an interface to manage and distribute them to legacy RSS platforms.

Third-Party Storage & Residency: Audio files are stored via VoxPort's R2/CDN integration. Consistent with 2026 Data Sovereignty standards, all user audio and metadata are hosted within United States cloud environments.

Human Authorship Certification: You represent and warrant that your content is the product of substantial human authorship. Works created solely by AI without human creative contribution may be ineligible for copyright and removed from our index.

Digital Replica Warranty: You warrant that you have obtained specific, informed, written consent for the use of any "Digital Replica"—including AI-cloned voices—as required by the Tennessee ELVIS Act and California AB 1836.

AI Training & Provenance: VoxPort will not use your content for AI model training without explicit consent. You must include audible labels and C2PA latent metadata for any AI-generated or altered audio.

Designated Agent: Report copyright infringement to support@voxport.live.

Takedown & Termination: We maintain a strictly enforced policy to terminate the accounts of "repeat infringers," defined as users with more than two valid takedown notices.

FTC Endorsement Guides: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose "material connections" (sponsorships) verbally within the audio and within the first three lines of your show notes.

The "Tombstone" Clause: Deleting a record in VoxPort sends a delete command to your PDS. Third-party indexers may retain "tombstones" beyond our control.

Child Rights: Any minor featured in content has a non-waivable right to demand removal of their likeness upon reaching age 18.

Revenue & Clawbacks: Native tipping is subject to a platform fee (5%–12%). You are responsible for any "chargebacks" or disputed transactions on third-party payment networks.

"As-Is" Service: VoxPort is provided "as-is".

Evidentiary Authenticity: You acknowledge that VoxPort is not a forensic storage provider. We do not warrant that files hosted on our CDN will be self-authenticating or admissible as evidence in judicial proceedings without independent verification.

Governing Law & Mandatory Arbitration: This agreement is governed by the laws of California. All disputes shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration; you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

Right to Modify: VoxPort reserves the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time.

Termination: Upon termination, audio files are removed from our CDN, but PDS metadata remains until manually deleted by you.
