Evidentiary Authenticity: We are not forensic custodians; files on our CDN are not self-authenticating for judicial proceedings without independent verification.
2. Information Collection & Authorship Certification
Precise Geolocation: Processing of geolocation within 1,750 feet requires explicit, affirmative opt-in consent.
Human Authorship & IP: Per SCOTUS's March 2026 ruling, you certify that all content contains substantial human authorship.
Neural & Biometric Data: We treat biometrics, neural markers, and data from minors as Sensitive Personal Information.
3. Third-Party Disclosures & Universal Signals
Service Providers: Shared with Cloudflare (Storage) and payment processors.
